Terms and Conditions - Bollentelectric

(Applicable to all transactions with Bollent Electric)

These Terms and Conditions govern all sales and supply transactions between Bollent Electric (“the Seller”) and the Buyer (“the Customer”). By placing a Purchase Order (PO) or making any transaction with Bollent Electric, the Customer agrees to be bound by the following terms:

1. Pricing & Freight

• All prices quoted by Bollent Electric are exclusive of GST @ 18% and inclusive of freight charges for orders above ₹50,000 (Fifty Thousand Rupees).

• For orders below ₹50,000, freight charges will be borne by the Customer and communicated prior to order confirmation.

2. Taxes & Duties

• Goods and Services Tax (GST) will be levied at 18% on the invoice value as per Government of India norms.

• Any additional levies, duties, or charges imposed by the authorities after order placement shall be borne by the Customer.

3. Delivery

• Delivery of goods shall be made within 10–12 working days after receipt of full advance payment and confirmation of the Purchase Order.

• Delivery timelines are estimates only. Bollent Electric shall not be held responsible for delays caused due to transportation issues, natural calamities, strikes, government restrictions, or other circumstances beyond its control.

• Risk in goods shall pass to the Customer at the time of dispatch.

4. Stock Availability

• All goods are subject to prior sale.

• Orders shall be confirmed only after stock availability at the time of order processing.

5. Replacement & Warranty

• No replacement shall be processed until the product is inspected and verified by Bollent Electric’s technical team.

• The Customer must provide proper evidence and proof (such as product photos, videos, or test reports) for replacement consideration.

• Warranty claims, if applicable, will be processed as per manufacturer’s warranty terms.

• Bollent Electric shall not be liable for damages due to mishandling, improper installation, or usage beyond recommended capacity.

6. Order Cancellation

• Once a Purchase Order (PO) has been logged and payment processed, no order cancellation will be entertained.

• Advance payments are strictly non-refundable under any circumstances of cancellation by the Customer.

7. Payments

• Orders will be processed only against 100% advance payment unless otherwise agreed in writing.

• Payment must be made via approved modes only.

• Any delay in payment shall result in withholding or delaying of dispatch.

8. Limitation of Liability

• Bollent Electric shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising out of the use or inability to use the supplied goods.

• Liability shall be limited only to the replacement or repair of defective goods as per technical verification.

9. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

• All disputes arising out of or in connection with these Terms & Conditions shall be governed by the laws of India.

• The courts located in [Your Business City/State] shall have exclusive jurisdiction.

10. Acceptance of Terms

• By placing an order with Bollent Electric, the Customer acknowledges that they have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms & Conditions in full.
